As we know in Pakistan there is no career counseling. as we know that Pakistani most of the students don't know about there career which career to choose when they reach in inter they even don't know about which filed is best for your career. and all decision did by their elders and family members they decide on the behalf of the boy that's so unfair in Pakistan let them explore them which filed is best for their career.Students Must know about their careers from the start how it happens it happens from school colleges from the teachers by ensuring Students to work on it. it's all about the passion in field you have passion you will learn easily and got succeeded.for career counseling parents and family member must aware their children's about their future & career.

Jobs In Pakistan

In Pakistan now it's very bad scenario due to the bad economy and high Inflation jobs are reducing day by day. there is also a reason for unemployment is the automation. automation reduce the human resource. due to automation the automatically their will be unemployment.

Competition

Competition is due to Highly growing population of Pakistan due to lack of recourse and lack of planing of Pakistan government. In Pakistan if you getting job is not easy due too much unemployment there is high competition in the job market if there will 2 post there will be more then 400 plus candidates.

Recommending and Bribery Culture

In Pakistan most of the hiring is base on recommending and bribery. Pakistan job culture is very different it's called the "Sifarshi" Culture whoever is that who will get job easily.In Pakistan you will get job by bribery job post are selling.

Lack of Opportunities for Intelligent Skilled Applicants

The most of the talented candidates leave the Country. Because of inequality due to this that's why we are far behind from the other countries. the Talented candidates go foreign and work for foreigner Companies and make their Organization well and profitable. so in short we are loosing our talented Candidates the state should ease them on the other hand state is doing injustice with talented candidates. this all i write this because i observe this and i have experience too.

Scamming and fraud

Scamming and fraud is common in Pakistan. due to lack of opportunity there are many scammer and fake recruiters took benefit of new graduate Students looted there money in providing a Job.
